Treat damaged hair with a set of homemade recipes

1. Olive oil:

Olive oil is a good remedy for damaged hair, rich in fatty acids, many antioxidants, vitamin E and olive oil to heal the damaged layers of the hair cuticle layer, and it also protects the hair from further damage.

Method:

Put warm olive oil on your scalp and hair and massage it gently for a few minutes, then cover your hair with a warm towel and leave it on for at least 30 minutes or overnight. Finally, wash your hair with shampoo and conditioner. Follow this remedy at least once a week.

Alternatively, mix 1/4 cup of olive oil and 1/2 cup of honey. Warm this mixture and apply it to your hair. Leave it on for 30 minutes, then rinse well with lukewarm water and shampoo as usual. Follow this remedy once or twice a week.

2. Avocado:


Being rich in vitamins, fats, protein, essential fatty acids and natural oils, avocados can help repair your damaged hair. Avocado keeps hair hydrated and supple. It can also prevent free radical damage to your hair in the future.

Method:

Mix the pulp of a ripe avocado and 1 to 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a blender until it gets thin, and put it on your hair, leave it for about 1 hour, then wash it.

Alternatively, puree a ripe avocado and add 1 egg yolk with enough coconut milk to make a thin paste. Apply it on the scalp and massage in circular motions for 5 minutes, leave it for 1 hour, rinse with lukewarm water, then shampoo as usual.

Alternatively, whisk 2 eggs with 1/2 cup of yogurt. Add 1/2 tablespoon of almond oil and whisk again until the texture becomes creamy. Massage scalp and hair with this mixture. Cover your head with a towel for 30 minutes, then rinse it off with cold water and shampoo.


Follow any of these remedies once every two weeks.


4. Aloe Vera (Aloe Vera):


Aloe vera is good for repairing damaged hair. It has moisturizing properties to soothe the hair shaft. It also contains enzymes, amino acids, and vitamins C and E that are good for your hair.


Method:


Apply some aloe vera juice directly to your damaged hair and leave it on for 10 to 15 minutes, then wash it off with warm water.


Alternatively, mix 4 tablespoons of aloe vera gel with 2 tablespoons of coconut oil and 3 tablespoons of plain yogurt. Stir well and apply to your hair. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes, then rinse it off and wash your hair with a mild shampoo.

Follow any of these remedies once a week.


5. Coconut oil:

Coconut oil is rich in nutrients that are good for your hair. It easily penetrates deep into the hair shaft, which in turn prevents the hair cuticle from becoming damaged and makes your hair healthy.

Method:

Massage your scalp every day, or at least 3 times a week, for 5 minutes with warm coconut oil. And he left it overnight. And wash the hair the next morning with a mild shampoo.


Alternatively, mix 3 tablespoons of warm coconut oil in 1/4 cup of honey, and then apply it to damp hair.Leave it on for 20 to 30 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water.
